We are celebrating all things French with a special menu from Executive Chef Tony Fleming, as he takes you on a culinary tour of France with a choice of three different menus from some of France’s finest gastronomic regions.
Take your taste buds to Brittany and Normandy and enjoy the likes of Steamed wild sea bass, mussels, crevettes, winter truffle, sauce Normandie. Or, delve into Bourgogne and Franche-Comte with Chef Tony’s Roast fillet of Charolais beef a la bourguignon, mushrooms, red wine, pommes puree, garlic roasted snails. Or lastly, explore the flavours of Gascony with Roast gigot of lamb a la Gasconnade, anchovies, garlic, rosemary, pommes sarladaise, sauce Perigordiene.
Simply choose from your favourite menu on the night, each menu is priced at £95 per person.
Available in the restaurant and in the Bar & Grill on Monday 14th February for dinner only, from 17:30 till 22:30
